Ingredients:

1 kilogram beef fillet, cut into 1 cm thick slices

Steak seasoning, or

Black pepper and mild pepper with a pinch of lemon zest, grated ginger, salt, and dried coriander

1 tablespoon mustard

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Butter

1 onion

2 garlic cloves

1 chicken stock cube

Grated nutmeg

1 liter fresh cooking cream

1 cup water

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Boiled vegetables: carrots, mushrooms, broccoli

A dash of garlic

Black pepper

Rosemary

Cooked spaghetti

A pinch of oregano - wild thyme

Preparation:

Marinate the steak slices in the fridge a day before; season the meat with the spices before cooking.

In a skillet, add vegetable oil with 2 tablespoons butter, heat and sear the steak in batches on both sides until browned, then place on a baking tray.

In the same skillet, add 1.5 tablespoons butter. On low heat, add a grated onion, two minced garlic cloves, the chicken stock cube, and grated nutmeg. When softened, add the mustard with a liter of cooking cream and 1 cup of water.

When the mixture comes to a boil, add three quarters of the cream over the steak and cover with foil. Transfer to the oven on a low heat until the cream is absorbed into the steak pieces.

The remaining cream mixture should have 1/4 cup mozzarella folded in and set aside until serving time.

Boil the vegetables (carrots, broccoli, zucchini) for about 5 minutes, then drain or set aside.

In a wide pan, melt 1 tablespoon butter with 1 tablespoon olive oil, add a pinch of garlic powder, black pepper, a little rosemary and add the vegetables with mushrooms and corn...

Sauté the vegetables briefly, then turn off the heat.

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water, then melt 2 tablespoons butter and toss spaghetti with the butter and a pinch of oregano; turn off the heat.

Serve the creamy steak with the spaghetti, vegetables, and sauce as shown in the accompanying photos.
