Method
- Begin by preparing the caramel: place the can of sweetened condensed milk in a pressure cooker and cook for 45 minutes, then let it cool completely to yield caramel ready to use.
- Meanwhile, crush the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press it firmly into a cheesecake tin, then chill it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Using an electric mixer, whip the cream without adding sugar because the caramel is sweet.
- After the biscuit base has set in the fridge, arrange the sliced bananas on top and along the edges as shown in the photo. Drizzle the caramel over the bananas, then spread the whipped cream and garnish with chocolate.
- Place the pie or tin in the refrigerator to chill and set for one hour
