Sugar-free banana ice cream is a light, healthy homemade ice cream made without any artificial additives! This is an ice cream you can enjoy without harming your diet :)
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 well-ripened bananas
- 2 tablespoons liquid milk
- 2 tablespoons sahlab powder
- A pinch of vanilla
- One small tub of ready-made clotted cream
- For garnish (optional): blanched almonds, honey or chocolate sauce, banana pieces
Method
- Cut the ripe bananas into medium-size rounds, arrange them on a tray, and place the tray in the freezer for at least 1 hour.Timers: 60 min
- Once the banana pieces are frozen, transfer them to a blender and blend in batches until you get a creamy mixture.
- Add the milk, ashta powder, vanilla, and the container of qaimar cream, then blend all the ingredients together.
- Transfer the mixture to a suitable mold lined with parchment paper or kitchen cling film to make it easier to remove the ice cream from the mold.
- Pour half of the ice cream mixture into the mold, and you can place large banana slices in the middle, then pour in the remaining mixture. This step is optional.
- Place the banana ice cream mold in the freezer for at least 6 hours.Timers: 360 min
- When serving the banana ice cream, garnish it with chocolate sauce, dates, or honey as desired, along with peeled almonds and chocolate shavings.
