Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet or 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 packet or 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 4 cups flour
  • Apricot jam

Method

  1. Beat the eggs and add the oil, vanilla, baking powder, sugar, and yogurt, then beat again.
  2. Add enough flour until a dough forms and knead.
  3. Brush the dough with a little oil, then press three quarters of the dough into a baking tray and spread the jam evenly over it.
  4. Add a little flour to the remaining quarter of the dough, knead it, then grate it over the jam.
  5. Place the tray in the oven until the dough is baked.
  6. Serve the apricot slice once it has cooled well to room temperature.
