Preparing meat with lemon and garlic makes for a very delicious recipe that is also quick and practical when we are short on time or do not want to prepare a complicated, difficult dish!
Ingredients
- 200 grams veal
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt
- Spices for boiling the meat
Method
- Cut the meat into cubes and place them in a pot with water and boil them
- When the meat's boiling water starts to foam, skim off the scum that forms from the meat
- Add salt and a small piece of dried onion with a bay leaf and a clove and whole mixed spices such as cardamom pods and peppercorns
- Let the meat simmer gently until it is well cooked for about an hour and a half
- After the meat is cooked, drain it from the cooking liquid and place it on a serving dish
- Crush the garlic and mix it with lemon juice and olive oil and pour it over the meat
- The meat can be served alongside a green salad for a complete meal
