Healthy Date Pudding
Healthy and delicious date pudding is a wonderful recipe in every way, bringing together the best ingredients, from milk pudding to dates, for a complete dessert that everyone will love!
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 4 cups liquid milk
- 3 tablespoons ground oats
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups pitted dates - you can add more or less dates as desired
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon fine cinnamon

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix the dates with boiling water, cover, and leave for about half an hour.
- Blend the soaked dates in an electric blender until very smooth.
- Mix the milk with the oats, starch, and cardamom, then pour the date mixture over them.
- Put the mixture on the heat, stirring continuously until it thickens.
- Turn off the heat and pour into serving glasses, then decorate the date pudding as desired.
- Chill the date pudding in the refrigerator (not the freezer) and serve it cold…
