- 1 large eggplant
- Cauliflower
- 2 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 4 cups rice vegetable oil

- Stage One
- Cut the eggplant, cauliflower, potatoes, and carrots, fry them in oil, and set them aside.
- Wash the rice and leave it soaking in lukewarm water; after some time, drain the soaked rice and put it with a little vegetable oil in a pot on the heat.
- Add various spices to the rice: a pinch of salt, chicken stock, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of cinnamon, and a pinch of chicken spice mix. When the rice water begins to dry and before it is fully cooked, turn off the heat.
- Stage Two
- Prepare the chicken after washing it well with vinegar, salt, and lemon; put it in a pot on the heat with the aromatics, cover with water, and boil until cooked.
- Stage Three
- Prepare a pot, add oil, place rounds of tomato, onion, and bell pepper, and arrange the fried vegetables that were set aside on top of them.
- Add half of the rice quantity, then add the chicken, then add the remaining half of the rice, cover them, and cook on low heat for half an hour.
