- Boiled chicken
- Noi pasta, cooked until half-done (al dente)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 4 cups chicken stock (from boiling the chicken)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated kashkaval or other cheese for the sauce
- Salt
- White pepper
- 1 cup liquid cooking cream

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- After boiling the chicken, set it aside.
- Cook the pasta only until half-done, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pot or baking dish, add the butter and flour and stir quickly, then add the chicken cooking stock and the milk.
- Stir quickly so the flour does not lump; preferably use a whisk to prevent lumps.
- Add the cheese, salt, and spices and stir until the cheese melts.
- When the sauce thickens slightly, add the pasta and leave it until it finishes cooking.
- Add the cream and let it boil briefly only.
- Add the deboned chicken and mix, then sprinkle cheese over the top.
- Place the Noi chicken-and-cream pasta in the oven and broil from the top until the cheese just melts and takes on some color.
