Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- Half a pack of long thin pasta (spaghetti)
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric (gives a yellow color)
- A pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (red pepper powder)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (fine)
- A chicken bouillon cube (Maggi)

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Break the pasta in half and put it into a pot on the stove with hot water.
- Add a quarter teaspoon of turmeric, stir, and leave it to cook, stirring occasionally.
- When cooked, drain it in a colander and set aside.
- In a pot on the stove, put two and a half cups of water. When the water heats, add the Maggi cube with paprika, ground cardamom, curry, and salt and stir briefly.
- Add the pasta to the hot water and let it boil for an additional two minutes.
- Serve the Instant-Noodle Alternative pasta hot.
