Lemon Blossom Marmalade
An easy way to make lemon blossom marmalade used in many recipes and as a beautiful, tasty garnish for some desserts. This isn’t the original recipe, of course, since it uses orange peel, but the result is very satisfying :)

- One cup of thinly sliced orange zest
- Two cups of sugar
- One cup of water
- One tablespoon orange blossom water and one tablespoon rose water
- A little lemon juice
- Two tablespoons of food coloring
Method
- In a pot on the stove, boil the sliced orange peels for about 10 minutes, then drain them...Timers: 10 min
- We begin making the syrup by adding the sugar, water, orange blossom water, and rose water to a pot on the heat... When the mixture comes to a boil, add a little lemon juice and then the boiled orange peels until the syrup thickens and the peels take on the color from the food coloring..
- Let it cool before transferring to airtight jars for storage...
