Pumpkin Jam

- One large pumpkin, suitable for jam
- Lime
- Sugar
- Water
- Lemon juice
Method

- Peel the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces.
- Leave the pumpkin pieces soaked in lime for about 4 hours.Timers: 240 min
- After the required time has passed, wash the pumpkin well to remove the lime, then place the pumpkin pieces in a strainer.
- Prepare the sugar and water. Each kilogram of peeled pumpkin needs 1 kilogram of sugar.
- Dissolve the sugar well in the water and add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, then add the pumpkin pieces.
- Leave the pumpkin to boil with the sugar and water until it is cooked. (The quantities of sugar, lime, and water in this recipe depend on the size of the pumpkin or the amount of pumpkin you are preparing)
