Eggless Mayonnaise
An economical egg-free mayonnaise made with an easier-than-easy recipe.. just two steps and the mayonnaise is ready! It comes together quickly and, most importantly, contains no preservatives.

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 1 cup cold oil, from the fridge, 200 ml
- 1/2 cup cold liquid milk, from the fridge, 100 ml
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Juice of 1/2 lemon or 2 tablespoons
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Put the oil and milk in an electric blender and blend them on low speed at first
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend everything on high speed for about 3 minutesTimers: 3 min
- Note: You can add a little milk to get a looser mayonnaise
