Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar (100 grams)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk (100 ml)
- 1/2 cup melted butter (100 ml)
- 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon flour (150 grams)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup cocoa (30 grams)
- Nutella
- Sift the cocoa, flour, and baking soda and mix until combined.
- Dust it in flour so it doesn't sink to the bottom, then place it into the cake batter.

Method
- On parchment paper, place a spoonful of Nutella, leaving enough space between each portion on the tray.
- Place the tray in the freezer for about 1 hour.Timers: 60 min
- Meanwhile, in a deep bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs well until the mixture changes color and the sugar dissolves.
- Add the milk and butter and continue whisking until the ingredients are well combined.
- Sift in the cocoa, flour, and baking soda and mix until smooth.
- Prepare the muffin tins and line them with muffin paper liners, or lightly grease them with oil.
- Add a spoonful of cake batter, then place the frozen Nutella on top.
- Coat it in flour so it does not sink to the bottom, then place it into the cake batter.
- Add a second spoonful of Nutella on top and repeat until all the mixture is used up.
- Bake the Nutella chocolate muffins in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 20 minutes, or until done according to your oven's strength.Timers: 20 min
