Lazy Cake with Oats
Lazy cake lives up to its name: a cake that takes very little effort to make. The result is wonderful. So what if it's made with oats? Give it a try.
Ingredients

- Two cups coarsely crushed biscuits
- 3 tablespoons whole oats
- 2 large tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1 cup condensed milk
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- In a pan, melt the butter, then add the cocoa and instant coffee and stir.
- Then add the cup of sweetened condensed milk and mix well until combined and the mixture is heated through.
- Turn off the heat, then add the crushed biscuits and oats and mix everything together.
- Place the mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap and roll it into a log.
- Put the roll in the fridge for at least two hours to chill very well.
- Slice the lazy cake into medium-thickness rounds and serve.
