Lazy Cake
Lazy Cake lives up to its name! This so-called lazy cake doesn't take much effort or any special ingredients to prepare. All you need to do is mix cocoa with biscuits and a few other simple ingredients to get a delicious dessert the kids will keep asking for again and again... #Sahtein_WHena
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 1/2 block unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tub ready-made clotted cream (ashta)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- Plain biscuits, broken

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Melt the butter, cocoa, and water in a saucepan over low heat
- When the mixture comes to a boil and becomes smooth, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.
- Once the mixture has cooled, add the cream and sweetened condensed milk.
- Add the crushed biscuits, broken into small pieces, and mix everything together.
- Pour the mixture into a mold lined with a sheet of plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for several hours until firm and set. When you take it out of the refrigerator (freezer), lift the cake out of the plastic wrap, place it on a serving plate, and drizzle with ganache sauce.
- Put the ingredients together and place them in a bain-marie: put them in a small bowl, then place that bowl inside a larger bowl containing hot water, and set the larger bowl over low heat until the mixture in the small bowl melts and combines...
