  • Tortilla bread, store-bought or homemade *
  • 1 bell pepper (any color)
  • Smoked turkey slices
  • 1 cooked beetroot
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • Salt
  • A pinch
  • Black pepper

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Finely chop the bell pepper. Also finely chop the cooked beetroot.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the bell pepper and beetroot, adding a small pinch of salt and black pepper.
  3. Add the turkey slices and mix them with the cheese and vegetables.
  4. Spread the cheese, turkey, and vegetable mixture over the soft tortilla.
  5. Roll the tortilla into a sandwich and tighten it well so it is not loose.
  6. You can make as many sandwiches as the amount of filling allows and as many as you need.
  7. Cover the turkey and vegetable rolls with kitchen cling film so they don't dry out. Refrigerate them for at least 4 hours, or leave them until the next day.
