Ingredients

- Tortilla bread, store-bought or homemade *
- 1 bell pepper (any color)
- Smoked turkey slices
- 1 cooked beetroot
- 2 cups cream cheese
- Salt
- A pinch
- Black pepper

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Finely chop the bell pepper. Also finely chop the cooked beetroot.
- Mix the cream cheese with the bell pepper and beetroot, adding a small pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Add the turkey slices and mix them with the cheese and vegetables.
- Spread the cheese, turkey, and vegetable mixture over the soft tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla into a sandwich and tighten it well so it is not loose.
- You can make as many sandwiches as the amount of filling allows and as many as you need.
- Cover the turkey and vegetable rolls with kitchen cling film so they don't dry out. Refrigerate them for at least 4 hours, or leave them until the next day.Timers: 240 min
