Spinach Beef Rolls
Spinach rolls are a very handy recipe in the culinary world—easy, tasty, and can be prepared in advance and served cold to guests, earning lots of praise.
Ingredients

- Half a kilogram finely minced beef or lamb
- Salt three-quarters teaspoon
- Black pepper half a teaspoon
- Allspice (sweet spice) half a teaspoon
- Paprika half a teaspoon
- One egg
- Breadcrumbs half a cup
- Spinach (boiled, squeezed, and chopped) half a kilogram
- Cheddar cheese slices

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix the meat with the salt, black pepper, allspice, sweet spice, paprika, egg, and breadcrumbs. Moisten a sheet of kitchen plastic wrap with water and place the meat mixture on it, then cover it with a second sheet of plastic wrap. Roll or flatten the meat to form a thin circle. Remove the top plastic sheet and spread the chopped spinach over the meat, then roll the meat over the spinach into a log. Seal the log's edges well and wrap it in aluminum foil brushed with oil.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and place the roll on a baking tray lined with parchment paper; bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven and let the roll cool, then arrange Cheddar cheese squares over the roll and bake again in the oven until the cheese begins to melt.Timers: 20 min
- Remove the roll from the oven and let it cool, then cut it into slices and serve with French fries or rice.
