Mix the meat with the salt, black pepper, allspice, sweet spice, paprika, egg, and breadcrumbs. Moisten a sheet of kitchen plastic wrap with water and place the meat mixture on it, then cover it with a second sheet of plastic wrap. Roll or flatten the meat to form a thin circle. Remove the top plastic sheet and spread the chopped spinach over the meat, then roll the meat over the spinach into a log. Seal the log's edges well and wrap it in aluminum foil brushed with oil.
