Raspberry Cake
Raspberry cake in a very easy and quick recipe. Raspberries are a tasty and very healthy fruit, but they're not always available... You can substitute raspberries with any similar fruit you have on hand, and you'll still get a good result.
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 100 g butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup raspberries
- "Asinat Al-Sham"
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Beat the eggs with the vanilla for a few minutes...
- Add the sugar and continue beating until the sugar dissolves, then add the vegetable oil and then the butter.
- Add the flour with the baking powder and the yogurt alternately.
- Finally add the raspberries and stir the mixture with a wooden spoon.
- Pour the batter into the cake pan or the oven tray.
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C.
- Leave the cake in the oven for about 40 minutes or until it's baked and has risen.Timers: 40 min
