Ingredients

- Chocolate sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup liquid milk
- 1 cup unsweetened dark cocoa
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Cake
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup of the chocolate sauce

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Beat the sugar and milk with a hand whisk or stir quickly until the sugar dissolves well.
- Add the cocoa, oil, and vanilla and whisk.
- Take only one cup of this sauce to prepare the cake and reserve the rest to coat the cake later.
- Beat the eggs with the vanilla for about 5 minutes.Timers: 5 min
- Add the sugar and continue beating until you obtain a dense, creamy mixture.
- Add one cup of the chocolate sauce, the flour, and the baking powder and whisk until you get a homogeneous batter.
- Grease the baking pan with a little tahini or you can butter it and then dust with flour.
- Pour the cake batter into the pan and put it in the oven at 160°C for 40 minutes.Timers: 40 min
- Test the cake with a small wooden skewer; if it comes out dry, the cake is fully baked.
- Let the cake cool before turning it out onto a serving plate.
- When the cake has cooled, spread the remaining chocolate sauce over it and serve after the sauce sets.
