- 1 cup mixed nuts (half cup almonds + half cup walnuts) or to taste
- 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pitted soft dates
- 4 tablespoons almonds, halved
- Ganache
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Crushed almonds for garnish
Method
