Chocolate Brownie Cake

Ingredients

- 200 g melted butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 200 g flour or 1 1/2 cups
- 1 cup sugar
- 200 g cocoa powder or 1 1/2 cups

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- In a bowl... place the eggs and vanilla and stir well.
- Add the butter and sugar while continuing to mix.
- When the sugar dissolves... add the cocoa then the flour, continuing to mix until the batter is smooth and thick.
- Pour the chocolate brownie batter into a pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes or until the brownies are done without drying out — they should remain soft.Timers: 25 min
- Decorate the brownies with chocolate sauce (cocoa powder mixed with sweetened condensed milk).
- It can be served warm with ice cream or at room temperature.
