Butter Cake
Butter cake — a light, delicious treat everyone loves. Give it to your kids for school, or enjoy it with tea or instant coffee.

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 3 eggs
- 100 g butter at room temperature
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix the dry ingredients together (except the sugar) and sift them.
- Place the butter and sugar in the mixer and beat, then add the eggs one at a time and continue beating.
- Add the milk and beat, then add the dry ingredients and beat.
- Preheat the oven for about 10 minutes to 170°C.Timers: 10 min
- Grease the cake pan with a little butter and dust with flour, then pour the butter cake batter into the pan.
- Bake until done, taking care not to open the oven to test it before half an hour.
- Serve the cake once it has cooled.
