Seven-Up Cake
Seven-Up cake — a very easy, light and delicious cake. You can use Seven-Up instead of juice or milk; the acidity helps keep the cake tender and prevents it from becoming dense.
Seven-Up cake... You can make this cake using any kind of juice or soft drink, including Seven-Up. The result is a light and fluffy cake :)
Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Seven-Up
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- vanilla (to taste)

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Beat the eggs and sugar together until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes thick.
- Add the flour in batches and mix well.
- Add the baking powder and vanilla and stir, then add the oil and mix, and finally add the Seven-Up and mix well.
- Grease the pan with butter or oil and dust with flour, then pour the batter into the pan.
- Place the pan in the oven at 180°C; be sure to put the Seven-Up cake on the middle rack.
- Bake about 35 minutes or according to your oven; test for doneness, and when done remove from the oven.Timers: 35 min
- Allow the Seven-Up cake to cool to room temperature before serving.
