Cold Mosaic Cake

Mosaic cake, in a recipe that is truly delicious. A refreshing chilled cake, especially since it contains jelly pieces. This cake is a little unusual, new, and perfect for children's birthday parties.

Ingredients

Start here, then move straight into the method.

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can cream
  • 1 1/2 cups liquid milk
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin powder or 3 gelatin sheets
  • 4 jelly packages - flavors of your choice

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Dissolve each package of jelly in 1 cup of hot water, then pour each mixture separately into a shallow dish.
  2. Place them in the refrigerator until the jelly sets.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup of lukewarm water and set aside until it reaches room temperature.
  4. Once the jelly has set, cut it into small cubes and keep them in the refrigerator.
  5. Prepare the white mixture by combining the sweetened condensed milk with the cream and milk, then place them in a pot over the heat.
  6. Continue stirring until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
  7. Remove from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  8. Pour the previously dissolved gelatin over the white mixture and mix well (if the gelatin has set, place it in the microwave for 10 seconds to dissolve well without heating it).
  9. Grease the mold with a little oil and distribute some of the jelly cubes, then a little of the white mixture, then more jelly, and so on until all the mixture is used up.
  10. Leave the cold mosaic cake in the refrigerator overnight until it sets well.
  11. Also among the special cakes, we recommend you try Chocolate Orange Cake
