Snickers Cake with Peanuts
An easy homemade Snickers cake! Anyone who loves peanuts and caramel will want to try this recipe. Serve it slightly chilled so the caramel sets!

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups flour
- 2 medium tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- a pinch of baking soda
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 cup roasted, ground peanuts
- 1 1/2 cups roasted, unsalted whole peanuts
- 1 1/2 cups caramel
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Whisk the eggs, vanilla, and sugar until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes creamy.
- Add the oil and milk and whisk until you get a smooth mixture.
- Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and 1/2 cup of roasted, ground peanuts, then mix well.
- Mix the baking soda and vinegar separately until they foam, then add them to the cake batter... The vinegar and soda help make the cake tender and help it rise well.
- Grease the pan with a little oil, then dust it with flour... or grease the pan with tahini.
- Pour the cake batter into the pan, then bake it on the middle rack for 45 minutes at 180°C, or according to your oven's strength... It is important not to open the oven at all.Timers: 45 min
- After the cake is done, leave it in the oven with the oven turned off for 10 minutes, then remove the cake from the oven.Timers: 10 min
- Prepare the roasted peanuts and pour the pre-made caramel over them, then mix well.
- Once the cake has reached room temperature, spread the caramel and peanuts all over the cake, then refrigerate for one hour before serving.
