Apple Cake

- 5 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 small cup vegetable oil
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- a pinch of salt

Method

- Put the vinegar and baking soda together in a small bowl until they fizz... then add them to the cake batter and mix until the batter is uniform
- Grease the pan with butter and arrange the apple pieces, then pour the caramelized sugar over them and finally pour the cake batter
- Place the pan into the preheated oven and put it in the center for 45 minutes at 180°CTimers: 45 min
- When the cake is baked, turn off the oven and leave the pan inside the oven for 10 minutes....Timers: 10 min
- Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest until the sugar is completely dissolved... then add the oil and the juice
- Then add the flour gradually, followed by the baking powder and a pinch of salt
- Place 2 cups sugar in a pan over the heat, stir until they turn light brown, then add 1/4 cup water with a small piece of butter, stir quickly for 10 minutes and turn off the heatTimers: 10 min
