How to Make Kibbeh Nayyeh?
Kibbeh nayyeh is one of the tastiest appetizers. Served with plenty of olive oil on top, it can also be served with vegetables and is traditionally eaten with Arabic bread.
Kibbeh nayyeh... one of the most delicious recipes of Lebanese cuisine. You can serve a small portion alongside other dishes or make it your main course. Delicious with dried onions (the type served for eating).
Ingredients

- 200 g lean meat, very finely minced or pounded
- 1/3 cup fine bulgur
- 1 small grated onion
- Ready kibbeh spice mix (or cumin and pepper)
- Salt
- Olive oil

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Wash the bulgur and drain it well
- If the meat is not finely ground, put it through a meat grinder with a piece of ice until it becomes very fine
- Add the bulgur, onion, spices, and salt, and knead it well by hand until it is homogeneous
- Spread the raw kibbeh on a serving plate and serve it immediately with olive oil drizzled on top
