Crispy Chicken
Crispy chicken made with a very easy homemade recipe — distinctive in taste and appearance. A favorite with kids; make it at home because it’s tastier and cleaner.

Ingredients

- Chicken breasts, cut into lengthwise strips
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Milk or water, as needed
- 1 cup flour for coating the crispy pieces
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch for coating
- Cabbage salad with mayonnaise — a delicious salad to serve with the crispy chicken.
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Cut the chicken breasts into medium-length strips, then add salt, pepper, paprika, flour, cornstarch, and baking powder over the chicken and mix well.
- Add a little liquid milk or water until you obtain a sticky mixture and mix.
- Mix 1 cup of flour with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in a wide bowl.
- Remove each piece of chicken from the sticky marinade, and dip it into the flour-and-cornstarch bowl so it is coated on all sides.
- Fry the crispy chicken pieces in plenty of oil until cooked and golden in color.
- Serve the crispy chicken with french fries and salads.
