- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons powdered (icing) sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons oil (for the batter)
- 1 tablespoon oil (for greasing the pan)

Method

- Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then add the sugar.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, oil, and vanilla, then add the egg mixture to the flour mixture while continuing to whisk until smooth with no lumps.
- Set the chocolate crepe batter aside for about half an hour.
- Lightly oil an 18 cm non-stick pan or brush it with a little oil; it should be over medium heat.
- Pour a quarter cup of the batter into the pan in a circle to cover the entire base.
- Cook the chocolate crepe for one minute on each side or until it becomes light golden.
- Place the crepe on a plate and repeat the process until the batter is finished.
- Place a banana on each crepe, roll it around the banana, then cut it into sushi-style pieces and arrange them on a serving plate; alternatively, you can simply fill the crepe discs with chocolate, roll them, and serve.
