Swedish Meatballs
From Swedish cuisine comes this delicious, easy meatball recipe. Serve the meatballs with boiled or mashed potatoes and sauce for a complete, nourishing meal.

500 g finely ground meat
1 grated dry onion
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 tsp salt, or to taste
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
