- Sliced onion (into rings)
- Minced garlic
- Oil
- Thinly sliced carrot
- Thinly sliced cabbage
- Sliced sweet green pepper
- Chopped green onions (scallions)

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Heat a little oil in a hot pan and fry the shrimp, stirring constantly until cooked and their liquid evaporates.
- Add the onion cut into rings, then the garlic, and sauté until they soften.
- Add a little ready-made soy sauce and stir.
- Add the chopped vegetables with another splash of soy sauce and stir for only two minutes so the vegetables remain crisp. Do not add salt because soy sauce is very salty.
- Turn off the heat and serve the shrimp with soy sauce and vegetables while hot.
