Ingredients
- 1 block feta cheese
- Cream cheese (about half the amount of the feta)
- 1/4 cup raisins with dried cranberries (as desired)
- A pinch of finely ground pistachios
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 3 stalks green onion, finely chopped (green part only)
- For garnish:
- Pomegranate seeds and rosemary
Method
- Mix the cheese with the dried fruit, very finely chopped green onion, and nuts, then shape into a large ball.
- Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours so it holds its round shape and firms up.Timers: 180 min
- After the time has passed, remove it from the refrigerator, unwrap it, and garnish with pomegranate seeds and a little rosemary.
- Serve the feta mold with savory crackers.
