Ingredients

  • 1 block feta cheese
  • Cream cheese (about half the amount of the feta)
  • 1/4 cup raisins with dried cranberries (as desired)
  • A pinch of finely ground pistachios
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 3 stalks green onion, finely chopped (green part only)
  • For garnish:
  • Pomegranate seeds and rosemary

Method

  1. Mix the cheese with the dried fruit, very finely chopped green onion, and nuts, then shape into a large ball.
  2. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours so it holds its round shape and firms up.
    Timers: 180 min
  3. After the time has passed, remove it from the refrigerator, unwrap it, and garnish with pomegranate seeds and a little rosemary.
  4. Serve the feta mold with savory crackers.
