Chocolate Biscuit Cake

Chocolate Biscuit Cake... an innovative way to prepare a truly wonderful dessert. Layers of biscuits filled with chocolate cream and arranged into a cake shape, then covered with chocolate sauce. The surprise is that if you put it in the freezer instead of the fridge, you get ice cream :).

Chocolate Biscuit Cake... innovative and very delicious. Place it in the refrigerator to enjoy a cold dessert slice, or in the freezer to get ice cream :)

Ingredients

Start here, then move straight into the method.

  • 2 packets powdered dessert cream (for whipping)
  • +
  • 1 cup cold liquid milk
  • 2 tbsp Nutella or cocoa
  • or
  • Ready-made whipped Chantilly cream with chocolate flavor
  • Plain biscuits
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Chocolate pieces
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 can plain qimeer cream
  • 1/4 cup liquid milk
  • 2 chocolate bars + 1 can qimeer cream melted in the microwave
  • Garnish
  • Almonds
  • Chocolate shavings

  • We can put the mold in the freezer for about 8 hours to get ice cream

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Add the cold milk to the two packets of powdered dessert cream and whisk until you obtain a creamy mixture, then add the Nutella or cocoa and mix well.
  2. Fill the biscuits with a small teaspoon of the prepared cream — place two biscuits together with the filling between them.
  3. Arrange the filled biscuits side by side and on top of each other on a plate in the shape you choose, depending on the shape of the biscuits (round, rectangular, or square).
  4. Spread the cream used for filling to cover the biscuits on top and on the sides to form a cake-like shape.
  5. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

  6. Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate sauce: in a saucepan, put the chocolate pieces with the butter, cocoa, cream, and milk and stir.
  7. Cook them over low heat, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens slightly.
  8. When the sauce cools a little, pour it over the biscuit cake and return it to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
    Timers: 120 min
  9. Garnish with almonds or chocolate shavings and serve the chocolate biscuit cake.
