  • 5 potatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • Chopped parsley
  • Chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Pinch of ground chili
  • Vegetable oil

Method

  1. Cut the potatoes into small, thin pieces and fry them. Beat the eggs with vinegar, pepper, and salt, then add the fried potatoes along with the chopped parsley and green onions…
  2. Mix the ingredients well, then pour them into a wide baking dish greased with a little vegetable oil…
  3. Press the potatoes with a spoon to form an even layer in the dish, then place in a preheated oven…
  4. You only need about 10 minutes from the bottom, then remove from the oven, flip to the other side and brown it as well, or you can switch on the top heating element to brown after it browns on the bottom depending on your oven.
