  • 1 kilo veal strips (tender meat, similar to shawarma meat)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 red onions
  • A pinch of salt
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Cut the veal strips into small cubes and finely chop the onions as well...
  2. Heat the pan well, then add the olive oil and the meat, and stir until it takes on a beautiful golden color on all sides...
  3. Add the chopped onions and stir again over medium heat...
  4. Once the meat is cooked, add the salt... and when you notice the meat starting to stick to the bottom of the pan, add the lemon juice and reduce the heat...
  5. After 5 minutes, add the pomegranate molasses, stir for one minute, then turn off the heat...
