Sour Green Grape Juice
All kinds of juices are popular in hot weather, and today we’re making #grape_juice ... Some people don’t know it, while others make it with sugar instead of salt.
Note: ḥusrum means unripe green grapes before they turn into grapes
Ingredients

- 1 kilo green grapes
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- A pinch of salt

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Wash the grapes well and place them in a colander to drain.
- Carefully remove the grapes from the bunches, one by one, then crush and grind them, and juice them with a clove of garlic and a pinch of salt, then strain to get clear sour grape juice.
- The amount of garlic and salt is حسب الرغبة.
