Easy Manakish Dough

Ingredients

- 1 kilogram flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 tablespoons powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 2 cups lukewarm water, or as needed for the flour

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Add the vinegar and oil, then rub them into the dry ingredients until absorbed. Gradually add the lukewarm water and knead until you get a soft dough.
- Cover the dough with food-grade plastic wrap, then cover it with a cloth and let it rise for at least 1 hour.Timers: 60 min
- When the dough has risen, shape it into balls of the desired size, then let the balls rest for 15 minutes.Timers: 15 min
- Roll out the dough balls with a rolling pin or by hand, then let them rest again for 5 minutes.Timers: 5 min
- Finally, top as desired and bake the manakish in a hot oven until done.
- Serve the manakish hot.
