  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Method

  1. Whisk the orange juice with the oil, orange zest, vanilla, and sugar.
  2. Once the sugar dissolves, add the flour and baking powder and knead until you get a smooth dough.
  3. Let the tart dough rest for 10 minutes, then place it in a tart pan.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

  7. 6 tablespoons sugar
  8. 2 tablespoons custard powder
  9. 1 tablespoon flour
  10. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  11. Orange zest

  13. When the cream reaches the desired thickness, remove the pastry cream from the heat.
  14. Set the pastry cream aside to cool well until needed.
  15. After the time has passed, whisk it with an electric mixer.
  16. You can decorate the tart with any fruit available or as desired.
