Ingredients
- 1 cup ground dates
- 1/2 cup shelled, soaked pistachios, coarsely ground
- 1/2 cup soaked, shelled almonds, coarsely ground
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 bar chocolate, melted in a double boiler

Method
- Blend the pistachios, almonds, and dates in a food processor until you have a homogeneous date dough.
- Moisten your hands with a little oil, roll the date mixture into small balls, then roll them in coarsely ground pistachio, sesame seeds, or coconut as desired.
- Finally, dip the balls in the melted chocolate and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.Timers: 10 min
