How to Make Muhammara with Bulgur

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (ground crackers)
- 1 cup fine bulgur
- 1 tomato
- 4 tbsp red sweet pepper paste
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 3 tbsp pomegranate molasses
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of ground cumin
- Pinch of paprika
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup walnuts

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Wash the bulgur, then drain it.
- In a food processor or electric grinder, pulse the bulgur, then add all other ingredients and the oil and process until combined.
- Spoon the bulgur muhammara into a serving dish and garnish with walnuts.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and serve immediately.
