Lemon Cake Recipe

Lemon cake with an easy homemade recipe... homemade cake always lifts the mood, and kids love it so much!
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 2 and 1/2 cups flour
- 1 and 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet vanilla or 1 teaspoon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- Juice of 1 sour lemon
- 1 cup liquid milk
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Whisk the eggs with the white vinegar until foamy.
- Add the vanilla and sugar and continue whisking until you get a white, creamy mixture.
- Add the oil and lemon juice and continue whisking well.
- Add the flour and baking powder and mix well.
- Now start adding the liquid milk gradually and mix.
- Preheat the oven for five minutes.
- Grease the cake pan with oil and dust it with flour.
- Bake the cake for 45 minutes or حسب the oven, at 170°C.Timers: 45 min
- After the time is up, test the cake with a knife... if it comes out dry from the cake, it means the cake is ready.
- Lightly brown the top of the cake, watching it carefully, until it turns golden.
- Serve the lemon cake after it cools to room temperature.
