Easy Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 4 eggs, at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- Lemon zest
- Juice of a lemon or orange

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Beat the eggs then add the sugar and continue beating.
- Add the oil, orange juice, and milk and keep beating for about 3 minutes.Timers: 3 min
- Sift the flour into a bowl with the vanilla and baking powder.
- Add the egg mixture and the orange zest to the dry ingredients and mix.
- Pour half the batter into the cake pan; to the remaining half add the cocoa and mix, then pour it over the first half in the pan.
- Put the pan into a preheated oven at 180°C.
- After ten minutes, lower the oven temperature to 140°C and bake the cake for about 45 minutes or until done.Timers: 45 min
- Let it cool, decorate as desired, and serve.
