Ingredients

- 50 g butter
- 50 g corn oil (or neutral vegetable oil)
- 125 g dark chocolate
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 150 g powdered sugar
- Decoration
- Blanched chopped almonds
- Oreo chocolate pieces
- Chocolate chips

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Place the butter, oil, and chopped chocolate together and melt them in a bain-marie.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the sifted sugar and vanilla and beat until combined.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the egg mixture and stir.
- Sift the flour and cocoa powder together, add them as well, and mix.
- Pour the brownie batter into a pan greased with a little butter and dusted with flour, or into small mini molds.
- Top the brownies with chopped almonds, Oreo pieces, or chocolate chips.
- Bake them in an oven at 150°C for about 35 minutes, or adjust according to your oven.Timers: 35 min
- Allow the brownies to cool to room temperature before serving.
