Creamy Garlic Sauce
A versatile sauce that accompanies many dishes, especially chicken dishes. Try this easy garlic sauce to achieve a restaurant-like garlic flavor.

- Two whole garlic heads (about 20 cloves)
- Salt
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups oil
Method

- Peel the garlic cloves and place them in a plastic bag in the freezer for about half an hour.
- After the time has passed, put the garlic in the electric grinder and grind it well, then add the lemon juice and a little salt.
- Begin adding the oil gradually while continuing to grind the garlic, and keep grinding until all the oil has been added and you obtain a creamy, spreadable mixture.
- You can prepare half the ingredient amounts to make half the quantity of garlic sauce.
