Creamy Garlic Sauce

A versatile sauce that accompanies many dishes, especially chicken dishes. Try this easy garlic sauce to achieve a restaurant-like garlic flavor.

Ingredients

Start here, then move straight into the method.

  • Two whole garlic heads (about 20 cloves)
  • Salt
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups oil

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Peel the garlic cloves and place them in a plastic bag in the freezer for about half an hour.
  2. After the time has passed, put the garlic in the electric grinder and grind it well, then add the lemon juice and a little salt.
  3. Begin adding the oil gradually while continuing to grind the garlic, and keep grinding until all the oil has been added and you obtain a creamy, spreadable mixture.
  4. You can prepare half the ingredient amounts to make half the quantity of garlic sauce.
