Turkish Kebab — an unbeatable chicken kebab recipe
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 1 kg finely ground chicken breast
- 2 small onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp paprika (or paprika paste)
- A pinch of nutmeg
- Salt (to taste)
- A pinch of chili, optional
- A little lemon or orange zest
- White pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon flour

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix all ingredients well until fully combined.
- Chill the chicken kebab mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.Timers: 30 min
- Shape onto skewers and grill over charcoal.
