Turkish Kebab — an unbeatable chicken kebab recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 kg finely ground chicken breast
  • 2 small onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp paprika (or paprika paste)
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • Salt (to taste)
  • A pinch of chili, optional
  • A little lemon or orange zest
  • White pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Mix all ingredients well until fully combined.
  2. Chill the chicken kebab mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
