Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup liquid milk
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- For decoration:
- Chocolate pieces
- 1 can cream or Qeemar cream
- Decorate the chocolate cupcakes when cooled with chocolate melted in a double boiler and whisked with cream

Method
- Sift the flour, cocoa, salt, vanilla, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar well.
- Add the dry ingredients to the eggs and stir.
- Add the oil and milk and stir until the mixture is combined.
- Divide the batter among cupcake molds.
- Bake in a 180°C oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cupcakes are cooked through.Timers: 20 min
- Decorate the chocolate cupcakes once cooled with melted chocolate, melted over a double boiler and mixed with the cream.
