Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup liquid milk
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • For decoration:
  • Chocolate pieces
  • 1 can cream or Qeemar cream
  • Decorate the chocolate cupcakes when cooled with chocolate melted in a double boiler and whisked with cream

Method

  1. Sift the flour, cocoa, salt, vanilla, and baking powder.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar well.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the eggs and stir.
  4. Add the oil and milk and stir until the mixture is combined.
  5. Divide the batter among cupcake molds.
  6. Bake in a 180°C oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cupcakes are cooked through.
    Timers: 20 min
  7. Decorate the chocolate cupcakes once cooled with melted chocolate, melted over a double boiler and mixed with the cream.
