Ingredients

  • 10 small packs Oreo cookies
  • 2 packs of any plain biscuits
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can ashta cream
  • 2 packets whipped cream powder
  • 1 cup very cold milk
  • 2 sheets gelatin
  • 6 pieces of any kind of cream cheese

Method

  1. Grind the plain biscuits with half the Oreo cookies until finely ground. Set the remaining Oreo aside for the top layer.
  2. Melt the butter and add it to the biscuits, along with 1 tablespoon of the sweetened condensed milk, then mix everything well.
  3. Press the biscuit mixture into a tray, Pyrex dish, or cheesecake pan, whatever is available.
  4. Place the pan in the freezer.
  5. Start preparing the second layer: whip the cream for 5 minutes with the very cold milk on high speed.
    Timers: 5 min
  6. Once ready, add half of the remaining condensed milk and half a can of ashta cream.
  7. Dissolve the 2 gelatin sheets in hot water, then strain them and add them to the cream as well, mixing everything together.
  8. Pour the mixture over the biscuit layer in the cheesecake pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until well set.

  9. Finally, garnish the pan with coarsely ground or crushed Oreo cookies.
