Ingredients

  • 4 بيضات
  • 2 كوب ونصف طحين منخول
  • نصف كوب كاكاو
  • 2 كوب سكر
  • ربع كوب زيت نباتي
  • كوب حليب سائل
  • 3 ملاعق صغيرة بايكنغ باودر

Method

  1. Beat the eggs with an electric mixer for ten minutes, then add the sugar and beat for an additional five minutes
  2. Add the oil and milk, then the sifted flour, cocoa, baking powder and vanilla, and beat well until the mixture is uniform
  3. Prepare the cupcake molds and place paper liners in them, then pour the batter into the liners until they are about half full .. because the batter will double in size when baked
  4. Put them into a preheated oven on the middle rack at 180°C for about 40 to 45 minutes depending on oven strength
    Timers: 45 min
  5. Serve the chocolate cupcakes when cooled ... decorate with cream or serve plain as desired
