Spicy Shrimp Recipe
Colorful, flavorful shrimp with peppers and aromatics. Serve alongside rice or pasta, or as a tasty appetizer. Here is the step-by-step recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 kilo shrimp, washed and peeled
- 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 onions (dry)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 small coffee cup vegetable oil
- 3 hot peppers
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon caper berries (capers) — similar to pea-sized berries but hollow inside
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- Salt to taste
- Juice of half a small lemon
- 1 tomato
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Chop the garlic and onions finely.. fry them in olive oil with a splash of vegetable oil until they take on a golden color... add the chopped bell and hot peppers and sauté until they soften. Add the capers and sprinkle the spices and salt then the lemon juice and tomato... After a few minutes, add the shrimp and sauté for about 6 minutes before sprinkling the parsley and green onion......Timers: 6 min
